Who we are

This platform is operated by Ploutos Services. It is used to manage family, business, and organizational information. Access is controlled — some tenants allow self-registration, others are by arrangement only.

What we collect

When you sign in using Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from your identity provider. We store these to identify your account and control your access to the platform.

We also record login events — timestamp, IP address, and browser — to support security monitoring and access auditing.

How we use your information

Your name and email are used solely to operate the platform: to authenticate you, route you to the correct workspace, and display your identity within the application. Login event records are used only to detect unauthorized access.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your personal information to any third party, under any circumstances. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

Data storage

All data is stored on servers controlled and operated by Ploutos Services. No data is stored in third-party cloud services except as necessary to complete your authentication (handled by Google or Microsoft according to their own policies).

Data retention

Your account and associated data are retained for as long as you have an active account on the platform. When an account is removed, associated personal information is deleted.

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
